Application Checklist
Thank you for expressing interest in the DoorWays Ministry Network (DMN). We recognize the LORD gives a variety of spiritual gifts to believers in order to accomplish the work of the ministry. Our desire is to recognize those who have been set apart by the Holy Spirit and to become partners in ministry with them.
The following is a checklist of the requirements necessary for processing your application.
A completed copy of the DMN Application.
This is the application you just submitted online. If you arrived at this page before submitting the application, GO HERE to access the online application form.
A current digital photo of yourself.
Your photo should have a white or light-colored background. (Must be a .jpg format and less than 5MB.) Use the button below to upload your photo to our Dropbox account.
A copy of your current ministry credentials.
If currently licensed or ordained, a copy of your present credential or certificate as a JPG or PDF. Use the button below to upload your documents to our Dropbox account.
Recommendation from current member of DMN.
Less than 300 words and submitted separately by email to: ric@doorways.cc
Letter of Recommendation from a pastor or a ministry leader.
Less than 300 words and submitted separately by email to: ric@doorways.cc
$40.00 non-refundable application fee.
