Our Core Values
Grace
Redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ and forgiven through the riches of God’s grace lavished upon us, we lead with and deliver the same mercy and grace that has been extended to us. (Ephesians 1:7-8)
Integrity
We make every effort to live in such a way that even those who are not Christ-followers will see our actions match our intentions. (1 Peter 2:12)
Relationships
We are called to be stewards in every area of our lives and are faithful to cultivate the field of relationships where we serve. (1 John 4:11-12)
Encouragement
We encourage both strugglers and overcomers and believe encouragement is like a spring in the desert and rest for a weary soul. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
Leadership
We believe influence is an expression of healthy leadership and leadership is best measured by its influence. We lead by example as we follow exemplary leaders. (Romans 12:6-8)
Our Statement of Faith
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
- We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
- We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. He provides the Christian with guidance, power for living, and understanding of spiritual truth.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
- We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
